Pengxing 25 (ASA091) was launched on 2nd June 2020. It’s the 10th fast ferry built by Afai Southern Shipyardfor Pengxing Shipping Company of Shenzhen Oceanus Group.

       The Vice General Manager of PengxingShipping Mr. Lin Zhongwen, the Vice Manager of Inspection and ClassificationDepartment of CCS Guangzhou Mr. Ding Guoquan and the Vice Manager of AfaiSouthern Shipyard Mr. Liu Yong, jointly witnessed the launching ceremony andcelebrated the milestone certificates.

        Theparameters of this ferry are as follow: LOA 40.18m, beam 9m, design speed 30knots and passenger capacity 199 persons. From the beginning of materialcutting, both the construction quality and production progress are performed inaccordance with the plans, which is highly recognized by shipowner. AfaiSouthern Shipyard will continually promote design technology, so as to designand build more high quality vessels for domestic and internation clients.
