On 14th October 2021, “HAI DIAN YUN WEI 502” was delivered by Afai Southern Shipyard to Fujian Offshore Wind O&M Co., Ltd. This wind farm support vessel left the dock of AFAI and headed for Yangjiang, Guangdong for offshore operation.

       “HAI DIAN YUN WEI 502” is the twin boat of “HAI DIAN YUN WEI 501” which was delivered last month. The whole-aluminum catamaran boats are built with a platform of container at bow, LOA of 26.7m, beam 9.2m, equipped with double engines and propellers. The maximum cargo load is 10t, the speed was approved to be 28 knots, and the duration is 400nm. Therefore, the boats are approved with stability, rapidity, high wave resistance, and load capacity. The interior outfitting is built as per the standards of passenger ferry, equipped with damping leather seats to reduce seasickness under bad sea condition and increase the comfort of passengers.
